Trash Can Policy
- Each unit has one trash can that is designated for it. The can is tied back to your address.
- All trash cans are to be stored in either the rear of the unit or in the garage. Trash
cans may not be stored out front or on the sides of the buildings.
- Trash pick up is on Monday.
- Your trash can may be set out front for pick up on Sunday.
- The trash can must be moved to one of the allowed storage areas stated above some time on Monday
after trash pick up.
- Sterling Towne Properties will have some one out on Tuesdays to walk the property. To
avoid the entire community having to pay for the time spent moving trash cans, any cans left out will be moved at the owner's
expense of $10. Habitual offenders may be assessed additional fees.
Let's all try to keep the community looking nice by taking care of our trash cans in a timely
manner.

Use Caution!
Keep it slow! With summer here there will be more and
more Adults, Children, and Dogs out in the community. For everyone's safety observe the posted speed limit.
Get Involved In Your Community!
If you witness or notice any of the following:

Needed repairs around the property.

Cars speeding through the property.

Abandoned or broken down vehicles.

Vandalism or destructive behavior.
-
Pets not on a leash.
-
Excessive noise.
Please take down as much information as possible. (i.e. license numbers for cars or addresses for repairs or offending residents)
and report it in writing to the property manager JoeS@tp1.com. In order for the board and
the property management to be able to take action, we have to have a written history of issues.
